INTRODUCTION

Fold and Form liner is alternative of CIPP and SWL technology. F & F system is suitable for sewer, gas and water pipe of dia 100mm up to 400mm. The liners are manufactured in a folded shape, and are subsequently thermoformed inside the pipe being rehabilitated.
 
Process
  1. The liner is pulled from launching to end point.
  2. Steam is introduced into the folded fold and form liner from the launching to end point.
  3. The Fold & Form liner under continuous temperature and pressure will expand to its original circular shape and close fit to the pipe to be rehabilitated.
  4. After the expansion process, the fold & form pipe will be cool to ambient temperature and a new pipe will be thus formed.
